...when you are not only receding at the temples and diffusing but your whole frontal hairline is creeping back and leaves you back with a huge forehead. This is what is happening to me :cry: . It looks so terrible, I wish I would be a regular NW2 with a strong island in the middle, but no, lucky me gets the worst type of all and it is very agressive as well.......


I am about a Norwood 2.3 by now with thinning all over the head. But I am very diffuse in a NW2.6 area. The "hair" there looks absolutly disgusting. It is shorter and won´t grow at regular length anymore. It is basically a "living dead" hair. So sad. The distance between the single hairs is up to 2mm. So, you can imagine how shitty it looks like. God, I hate this.

This is a German commentator and his "hair" looks like mine will in a few years(it will be thinner though).

I have the same type of hair loss, and yes, it looks the worst. Of all the types, it is the one that is hardest to hide, and makes you look older than you really are. You have my sympathies......

I am not that bad off (yet) and am going to hang on a few more years - probably not much more though. I am finding finasteride does not protest these hairs in the front - meaning that my my hairline is going to creep back and back. I'm adding rogaine foam in a few weeks - hopefully that will buy some more time.

I'm expecting that I will be shaving my head in 2 years.

That is not the worst...Any hair you can keep will look better than a NW7 anyday. Even if it is so thin it still looks better short than nothing. If you look like that picture in a few years you are lucky in my opinion. I also thought my pattern was the same but it is diffuse all the way down the center now but the crown is OK. I hope it stays like that....Pathetic I know but the truth
