The use of revivogen/crinagen/zix with copper peptides

Perhaps if there are any scientists on board they may be of help here.

Since zinc and copper are antagonists of one another, do they effectively cancel themselves out if used topically? As were this the case, it would surely be counterproductive to use revivogen, crinagen or zix in a regimen that contains copper peptides. Anyone know the answer?

The short answer is that I don't know. I'm no scientist, but I think Dr. Pickart says that they zinc and copper may compete at the receptor site in the follicle if one is deficient.

I'm pretty sure I read where Dr. Proctor - or maybe someone else - said that this competition is in the digestive tract and there is no evidence it takes place in the follicle.

Personally, I use both folligen and revivogen, and have been for close to two years, and have at least maintained. Honestly, I believe I am still gaining ground.

That's an interesting question I hope somebody can answer. I'm sure though that if you don't use the treatments simultaneously you can avoid this possibility. But then again zinc is only one of the active ingredients of revivogen and you can wait a couple of hours before applying another topical. After all, revivogen is only to be applied once daily.
