The thread for the Big 3?

Is there one? I am fairly new so i don't really know anything except my hair is receding from the forehead and temples. So i started on a DHT blocker regimen: 2700 mg worth of Saw Palmetto every night + Anti-Dandruff shampoo every other day. It seem to stop hair falling out, but it doesn't seem to make it grow back (i've only been on it for 1 month). (i'm 19)

So i am willing to experiment on the big 3 that everyone, supposedly, should be trying out

THe big 3 is for what kind of hairloss exactly? Receding or the crown? (I have receding).

I'm sorry if this post seems so noobish, i really am.

The big 3 technically work for all types of hairloss, or at least, they have a positive effect on all types of hair loss. They're both anti-androgens as well as anti-inflammatories so they kinda cover all your bases. Seeing as how you're hinting that you may be experiencing decent loss by age of 19 you're probably more interested in the anti-androgenic effects. It's basically just finasteride or dutasteride, ketaconazole (nizoral) and minoxidil.
