Before I started revivogen last november, I used to shed something like 60-80 hairs daily when i used to stroke my hair throughout the day. Within a week or so into my revivogen regime, that shedding completely stopped, or slowed down significantly to around 5-10 strands a day when I used to stroke my hair throughout the day. It had been like that for november, december, january, february and march. From april onwards, the shedding phase returned and I shed like hell! It was nightmare, but I carried on with revivogen the whole time. The extreme shedding lasted for most of april, may, june and july (4 months in total). I have shedded so much hair in that time, that nowadays my baldpatch seems alot bigger and I can see my scalp alot easier than before.
On the Revivogen's website, they stated that shedding occurs, becuase the growth of newer healthier hair pushes out the older hairs, and the shedding phase lasts for a few weeks, mine lasted for approximately 4 months.
Has anyone else experienced a shedding phase that lasted a very long period of time, and had those hair grown back ?
I began balding since I was 15, I am 20 now. In the first 4 years, I was in denial, last year my bald spot got bigger and it was there and then that I realised that I am cursed to be bald :-( and began using revivogen.
