o no lo entiendo bien o creo que los resultados de la fase 3 de kx826 no son muy alentadores.....
Daym thats pretty devastating for those of us who were banking on this stuff. What I would say is though that the placebo apparently had gains in TAHC so that makes it all a little weird as the non placebo may actually have helped with maintenance"Trend in efficacy" just means that it probably helped, but it did not do enough to reach statistical significance. It's pharmaspeak for cope.
Either you're a hypochondriac, or what you got was not pyrilutamideI tried pyriltamide bought from anagenica, in theory 98% pure pyri, and it stopped my hairloss in 1-2 weeks. The best hair treatment that I ever tried, honestly.
But it killed my libido at week 4-5 in a super strong way, much more than finasteride. Literally in had no dick. Also I lost 3 kg (even going to the gym 2-3 times per week), I was always tired and sleepy and my heart rhythm was irregular.
If I didn’t stop the treatment I would be death.
Not hypochondriac. Do you think anagenic was selling fake Pyri?Either you're a hypochondriac, or what you got was not pyrilutamide
Finasteride and dutasteride inhibit the AR more potently than pyrilutamide. It could be worth a shot as a combination therapy with dutasteride, but RU58841 is probably better. But it did grow hair? Or even maintained? So for people who finasteride or dutasteride has not worked for - and I am continuing to lose on dutasteride - this could be worth a shot?

ru has been on the gray market for quite a few years now, many people have tried it but I have seen few cases with photos showing visible progress or improvement. So in my opinion it doesn't help much either.RU probably maxed-out the possibilities of fighting androgen exposure, and did it decades ago. I doubt anything else will ever match/beat it without having real systemic effect problems.

Do you have a source for the known stability problems? I have heard this a few times, but have never seen any source. It doesn't make sense to trial a hair loss drug that is not stable on the shelf for at least one yearIt's coming from bootleg sources, some batches failed tests, the drug has known stability problems even when it's made correctly, and the method-of-action is loss prevention more than regrowth. The gray market feedback is probably not that reliable.
The various RU clinical trails pointed to results similar to oral Finasteride. That makes sense to me. If Finasteride was only known as a bootleg drug from inconsistent sources then we probably wouldn't hear too much glowing feedback about it either.
That whole route to fighting hair loss is a dead end. We've seen what blocking androgen exposure can do and it's not very much.
