The Next Best Thing After Tablets??? spironolactone??? ....

Hiya guys, what wud u say is the next best thing if one wishes not to take tablets to treat hairloss?

I would say Rogaine Foam and spironolactone. However after reading alot of posts it seems some people have better results from liquid rogaine. As for spironolactone I order from minoxidil.com and haven't been shedding much at all.
