im suffering diffuse thinning all around the crown, my current regime, which i have been taking for a month now, is:
Minoxidil (5%)
Propecia (1mg)

would i be better off using minoxidil to treat this or should i switch to something else such as rogaine..

Also what would be an ideal androgen blocker i was thinking s5 spironolactone cream...help much appreciated!!

Minoxidil works on diffuse thinning. If I were you I would also add Nizoral shampoo.
S5 cream is good androgen blocker but it's a cream so it's hard to get it on the crown unless you have short hair.
If I were you, I would add Nizoral shampoo and S5 cream.

5% minoxidil is 5% minoxidil either foam or liquid. Some people say foam is better, others say that liquid. Some people apply foam in the morning and liquid at night.
Stay with liquid and see how it goes.
good luck
