The liver and male pattern baldness

Yep, they were fairly big - not scary big (although there's no telling how big others could be) but very visible. It is a scary thing of course, but I really hope itself these critters which caused my problems, although I still don't know as it really FEELS more like bacteria, at least some of it. These guys would explain the slowly worsening digestive unease I've been experiencing though.

God, it's pretty mad though. I hope they die soon >.<

To be honest... I can't really say for SURE that's what they were, as there have been beans and things in my diet recently, so maybe I was just on the look-out for things as I spend quite a while on Curezone these days, and I jumped to a conclusion. It's hard to tell really, but it's the Humaworm that will provide real indication on this as it can start killing parasites off within only a few days. So that may provide some answers! :)

In addition, I think I oversimplified this when I focused on fat in the liver, and probably also oversimplified it by focusing too much on bacteria and parasites. The thing is though I think the liver simply needs to detox, which it does through bile. Anything which reduces bile flow or makes the organ's toxic load too high to be removed through bile, I believe can potentially lead to male pattern baldness.

Look into biofilms next:

Biofilms thus render pathogenic microorganisms enormously difficult to eradicate and can almost single-handedly contribute to localized or systemic inflammatory reactions and delayed wound healing. The number or human diseases shown to to be associated with Biofilms is expanding and includes: Chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic rhinosinusitis, cystic fibrosis pneumonia, peridontitis, Crohns's disease, ulcerative colitis to name just a few

The National Institutes of Health estimates that 60% of all human infections and 80% of refractory infections (def. unresponsive to medical treatment) are attributable to biofilm colonies. I have seen this, most commonly, in cases I’ve worked-up, where the pathogen is: Chlamydia pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Helicobacter pylori, [Lyme disease - Borrelia burgdorferi] and Candida albicans.

Here's a protocol I've been following..remember the monolaurin? http://colonics4life.blogspot.com/2009/12/biofilms-answer-to-why-your-medicine.html

A mixture of just 10 nM of each amino acid is sufficient to disrupt biofilms. Losick and colleagues believe that bacteria in the biofilm incorporate the D-amino acids into their cell walls, where they interfere with the anchoring of protein amyloid fibers that normally help hold the community together.

The researchers also found that the D-amino acid mixture can prevent biofilm formation of the common human health pathogens Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Well, I don't want to obsess over EVERY tiny detail! lol

At the moment, I've decided to backtrack a little and take the advice of Justin ages ago when he said don't try to work it out exactly or you end up just driving yourself crazy! I am very confident I know it's my digestion, and that I need to focus particularly on my liver. That's enough to go on for now as I've learned so much about how to take care of my digestive system :)

As for biofilms, you have encouraged me to drop the heavy supplements again, as I know things like magnesium stearate encourage biofilms. So I'll drop my last major supplement (malic acid) and instead drink lots of diluted apple cider vinegar and eat apples to obtain that acid instead. That's probably a healthier option overall :)

monty, easy on the supplements. The reason for elevated liver blood test could be due to the supplements.

Thanks.

That had crossed my mind but fortunately for a while prior to that test I had not been bothering with the supplements much apart from amino acids and if I was I never take more than every other day these days to avoid toxicity!

Like I stated before, if you take any sleeping medication it can potentially harm your liver so I would look out for that. I have been sleeping pill 'clean' for a month now and it feels great!
