Any good regimen will kickstart those shunken hairs back to life but its never mentioned by the guys who claim improvement. There vellus hair reappearance must be at the root of thier success. There's no way around this fact in reality. To say it regrew hair means you sprouted fresh vellus and managed to convert them to normal hair. I'm glad to say I have lots of fuzz but if it never becomes hair then why am I bothering to drench my head everyday. I'm going on year two of my serious attemp at regrowth because I'm very very tired of wearing hats everywhere and all the time. This is a psych illness for me I've been trying to deal with for a decade. Borderline insanity
