Its pretty well documented that the use of finasteride supposedly results in an increase in both Test and Estrogen by 15% - give or take.
But can someone who knows answer whether thats just the initial response to the drug (<1 yr) or if that is a figure that should remain over the period of it being taken ? Would you expect Test to be raised after 5-10 years on the drug ?
As for the Increase in Estrogen is that just because the increase in Test is Aromatising to Estrogen instead of DHT ?
It is also well documented that a spike in Estrogen can result in a sluggish thyroid - however if the average range of estrogen for males is 20–55 pg/mL then a rise from say 40 to 46 still leaves you in the range and presumably wouldn't be a high enough increase to actually warrant a change in the Thyroid ?
