It turns it purple and plays a cute little melody.

Minoxidil isn't even a proven treatment for completely bald areas, even though it's thought to work to some degree if they haven't been bald for more than ~4 years.

It is a (re)growth stimulator, but dormant follicles in areas that have been bald for more than four to six years are normally more or less impossible to bring back to life.

So will it stimulate existing hair, if yes then won't it fall out wen you stop using minoxidil?

I have herd mixed comments on this, some people say it will not do anything to healthy hair others say that it will make the healthy hair minoxidil dependent.

I know from what I have read that minoxidil in no way will cause permanent hair loss to good hair so if your hair becomes depended on it and falls out it will grow back.

Gentlemen if you do not like people’s posts do not read them or respond to them, as mush as you may not like reading repetitive post I do not like reading smartass unhelpful post, from people whom have more experience then others.

For example instead of pointing out that this is an old issue why not leave a link for the user as to ware he\she can find the answer they are looking for.

It will go back to the state it would have been at if Minoxidil never had entered the picture.

Naturally, if you suffer from active male pattern baldness, that state will be worse than baseline - but still exactly the same state that you would have reached by that time without treatment.
