Are their any studies supporting the efficiacy of the LC ?
I mean studies in peer reviewed journals ... not home made studies.

well bis i just found this study on regrowth.com

http://www.regrowth.com/hairloss-remedy ... _study.cfm

.. but if the results there are so good why doesnt this thing have FDA approval yet to claim that it causes regrowth?? or atleast slows/stops hairloss??

Edit: didnt see that greg already posted this study but what about FDA trials?

FDA trials can take a long time, through no fault of the company or the product. The FDA is very slow.

Yes, the FDA is just very slow. Anyway, my opinion about he Lasercomb is that there is probably a 90% chance that it at least is able to maintain/nourish follicles that are not hard hit with dht. As a single treatmnt it probably is not worth getting unless you are on the Big 3 too. I am starting this treatment confident that it will quicken progress I am seeing with my other treatments. I think you should only buy the Lasercomb if you are already on the Big 3! Now I truly feel I am doing EVERYTHING I can to regrow.

I dont know ... from what i've been reading and all the trials and studies done of the laser comb around the world i am impressed and think that Lasercomb would work without being on the big 3... I plan to buy the Laser Comb once i save up enough money and use it along with Nizoral and Propecia. I hope that will be enough to atleast halt further hairloss ...and even thicken up some thin hairs..

Any opinions?? Do you guys think that this will work or wont work??

Yes it may well work without the big three, but it will not stop the onslaught of DHT on your follicles, so needs to be used with a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor like finasteride.

I would think more people would give this "comb" a shot. Every article I have read indicates there are increased hair counts after 6 months of proper usage. Its method of action is quite interesting . . . . . it emits photon energy that is absorbed by the cell DNA, normalizing the shapes of the cell walls. Lex states there is an increased bllodflow and nutrients and that DHT is actually carried away from the follicle as a waste product (sound great if true). Furthermore, our cells have a certain vibration oscillation that is harmonized using the comb, allowing follicle cells to signal each other to grow. Decreased inflammation response from dht is also noted. Basically, it seems like the comb does just a little bit of everything that is beneficial for follicles that can be recovered. Read these articles:

Money aside, which of the following would you choose after "The Big 3":

1. Lasercomb
2 spironolactone
3. Etc

What!? You listed spironolactone second to the Lasercomb? Please show some respect toward our time-tested buddy, topical spironolactone.

So, can anybody tell me what copper peptides do exactly and which products include them?

Copper peptides do a number of things. There is lots of reading about them here: http://www.skinbio.com

Read especially the first article.

They are based on the work of Loren Pickart. He or his former company Procyte hold most (perhaps all) of the patents. Tricomin, American Crew and Folligen are the three products that contain them.

I would not list Lasercomb second to spironolactone since spironolactone has good science and time tested studies behind it; however the results people are seeing from the lasercomb w/ the few studies done recently makes it a tight race as the Big #4. Also, almost everybody is reporting always having a "good hair day" b/c it makes the shaft stand straight up instead of a malnourished one that lays flat and looks like its limp and dying.
