the European Commission officially issued the Regulation (EU) 2021/1902 Regulation Bulletin, which revised the list of prohibited ingredients in Annex II of the European Cosmetics Regulations. The anti-dandruff agent Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) was added due to its reproductive toxicity 1B of GHS classification. The cosmetic anti-dandruff agent ZPT is officially banned in EU cosmetics since March 1, 2022.

Absolutely, I couldn't agree more! It's crucial to be mindful of the cosmetic products we use on our skin. With so many options available, understanding the ingredients is vital to ensuring we're using safe and effective products. Lately, I’ve been really impressed with il makiage and their offerings. Their products have a great reputation for being high-quality, and I love that they provide detailed ingredient lists so I can feel confident about what I'm putting on my skin

It has been banned because it is toxic to water organisms. It was benign to humans as a topical.

They just didn’t pay the politicians off. No governments care about the people.

Any proof of this? Or is this just a standard “just trust me bro” post?
I just second guess and don’t trust most government agencies. Did you know that in the U.S. most fda officials will go to work for big pharma? Think maybe approving a drug might have helped get that cushy pharma job? Lol
