The Angle Of Temporal Recession Hairline Differences

Hey guys, so after looking at lots of pictures of hairlines people have posted, I've noticed that some people recede more horizontally towards the side burns rather than how some people recede more diagonally and don't lose the hair in front of the side burns. Those who recede horizontally look worse from the profile (side) view than they do from above while vertically looks worse from above and not as bad from the side.

Has anyone else noticed this as well? I'm wondering which one might tend to progress to higher Norwood. Might one indicate more of a mature hairline? Hopefully my description makes sense!

I have realized what I meant! Some people recede into the temple point (more horizontally) while others keep their temple points and just go upwards. Are these both considered male pattern baldness?

They are called temple points, and they make a huge difference in your forehead appearance, and over all aesthetics.

people who recede but maintain there temple points look good. Henry cavil is a good example of a NW2 with temple points still in tact

Most people who bald, these follicles tend to be the first to go before temple loss. However some people are lucky and just bald at the temples alone. Temple loss with temple point loss makes your spots look rele bad
