Hmm current tratment is Minoxidil once a day ( night) , poscar 1/4 once a day , avodart 0.5 mg dutasteride 3 times a week , nizoral shampoo 1-2 times a week , nizoral cream everyday different areas of scalp , %20 AZELAİC acid cream on hairline , biotin 10mg daily **** dats too much I will share my experiences one day

On the days you use avodart, do you use proscar too?

I am a diffused NW3 with crown loss, so in pretty bad shape. Yeah I haven't posted any pics on this site, but have some at BTT. I have an intro thread there and updated at 6 months on treatment. I am at about 10 months now, but haven't really had too much progress after the 6 month mark. Yeah I need to get some pics on here. Give me a link to your pics. I would like to check them out.

Yes finasteride everyday 2-3 times a week plus dutasteride , both together on dutasteride days

wow thats nice improvemet. but dude, one thing: im on big 3 since sep 2011 aaaaaaaaaaaand result: NOthing, zero, still losing 200-300 a day. unfortunately, even if you get on big 3 very early, it isn't doing magic for everyone

Dude some people unfortunately got very aggressive program for hairloss so U need to play russian roulette kinda suicide mission . Dudasteride(avodart) , Ru if u can find , and spironolactone cream that s what gonna stop maybe reverse yeah i got many friends went full Norwood 6 even 20 years old so How aggressive your hair loss are your treatments must be aggressive too

Hey guys Just an uptade . 48th day on proscar 1.25 mg . First month left with initial shedding ( %60 thin hairs , %40 terminals) but for 2 weeks there is no extra shedding , now just shedding minimal amount of terminal hairs and some mid-max . miniaturized hairs but situation is better i believe . I am praying for some vertex improvement which is stable for many years . I m not using minoxidil much maybe once a day . My mid scalps feels more thick . Ans some photos :
