Hey guys just for a warning who still resist to take treatments . If u dont or late this will happen : My right temple receeded i dont care but when my left side began i got treatment and catch it early and result :
Same light big differences Dont waste a single freakin day pls guys dont
Hmm current tratment is Minoxidil once a day ( night) , poscar 1/4 once a day , avodart 0.5 mg dutasteride 3 times a week , nizoral shampoo 1-2 times a week , nizoral cream everyday different areas of scalp , %20 AZELAİC acid cream on hairline , biotin 10mg daily **** dats too much I will share my experiences one day
We cant find rogaine or kirkland in Turkey so just a local brand %5 . I can still cover much of my scalp even right temple cause areas between my temples still got much density but just trying to have new hairs all over my scalp especiaaly mid-frontal areas
Solution . first 9 month just aplplied for hair line and corners . Not much itching or flaking but after spironalactone(crushing 10 tab aldactone mixing with normal shampoo) added shampoo i got tons of that
Thick yes but not very noticable especially fail for right temple but ofc better ( dats why i add proscar ) . My only regret is my right temple i thought stress but was not so my right temple still sucks
It's interesting because i used to have more acne on my right side and less beard growth on my right side. Both are related to hormones. Both were mainly because I slept on one side. Maybe it's the blood circulation. Or maybe it's the dust mites in pillows. Who knows if simply changing ones sleeping position or situation can prevent hair loss to some degree.
I don't think sleeping on the right side will make you thin worse on the right temple.
Simply putting your head on the pillow doesn't stop blood circulation.
The problem in male pattern baldness is that the scalp tissue gets hard and fibrotic because of DHT, and this of course affects blood circulation.
