topicals can't help that, and I don't want to reduce my testosterone levels. Did is say how much testosterone is safe and how much his harmful, and what the averages are for most men? Do sterioids play a part? I'm not going to take estrogen pills either. If a decent percent of guys actually have too much, it would be worth our while to get our levels checked.

It's the same process that is responsible for the correct development of the male brain. It's not surprising it's neuroprotective. Pretty much all female sex hormones and their metabolites seem to be neuroprotective from what I've found.

Maybe that's why they're so smart and logical and make me feel so stupid all the time.

I've been saying the same thing about the progesterone to dihydroprogesterone conversion mediated by 5AR. Allopregnanolone, which is produced later, is a neuroactive steriod that protects the brain, as well.

They make you feel stupid because god gave you a penis and a brain but only enough blood to run one at a time.
