I know everybody says that the body is already developed by 18 so it's okay to start playing chemist with your hormones at that point, but what about the brain? Recent studies have shown that it's not fully developed until about age 25. Anybody know what role testosterone/DHT plays in that process?

Are you kidding me? Your nervous system does not finish completely myelinating until well into your 60's.

Play with your hormones all you want. They play with you.

type II doesn't seem to be found in the brain, which is the type finasteride blocks. type I, blocked by dutasteride, seems to be found there, so there are unknown longterm side effects from it, although a lot of people here seem to think it should be fine to take dutasteride. id say once every 3 days is safer.
