Testo Booster And Increased Hair Loss?

I was previously on Minoxodil, but felt it affected my libido, so changed to Recrea Forte. It seems to work really well for me, and I've been able to stop the loss over the last five years, although there is little regrowth.

Now in my mid-forties, and still not enterily happy with my sex drive, I've tried a so-called testosterone booster. It's markedly increased my libido, which suggests the testosterone levels in my blood have increased. Now, however, I worry that the hair loss is accelerating due to these capsules.

This was a lot of background info, but my question is this: How quickly could visible hair loss occur after increased testosterone levels? In other words, how fast does DHT work on the follicles?

I've only been using the testo booster two months, and wonder whether that's too short a time for noticeable hair loss to occur, given the fairly long cycle of each hair's life cycle in the follicle. Thus, I could just be imagining things.

Thanks for your feedback. So maybe I will need to choose between having more hair and having a better sex life .
You seem very certain that increased testosterone levels actually leads to hair loss. Does anyone know whether this can be backed up scientifically? From what I can gather, there are conflicting views on this issue.

Imo. Multiple factors. Increased test is increased dht. If not prone for balding no problem. If prone for balding you do have a problem. Test decreases the fat tissue on the scalp. Increased hairloss. Hairloss doesnt start before puberty. Think about it.

It won't do sh*t for your hair and it won't do sh*t for your test levels.

Testo boosters are bullshit.

When I started topical Finasteride a PCP put me on low dose test, told me it wouldn’t hurt hair.

Result was disaster for my hair and I believe increased issue with Finasteride sides as my body became used to the extra test.

I had a huge test drop when my hairloss started prior to Finasteride (800 to 200)

I’m ruined now. My hair gets worse and I the sides especially mental are destroying me. I have to choose if the boost from HCG helps or hurts. That doctor is long gone no repercussions.

More testo = more dht conversion = more hair loss

unluckily you must choose between raise your testo and may increase your libido or your hairs.
