I have noticed that besides surfing this forum the main thing that gets me depressed and thinking about hair loss is running my hands through my hair to see if anything falls out....and if nothing does I seem to keep doing it until one does then im like F*** I am balding blah!
so heres a test to everyone and see if it makes you feel anybetter
besides applying your stuff try not to even touch your hair all week all day whatever you can. When your not actually looking at the hair that is in your hand or you rubbed off onto your desk its a lot easier to cope with... I dunno try it

Couldn´t agree more. I am forcing myself to shampoing without looking at my hands. It really has helped. Before I used to get a mental breakdown every time I took a shower because of all the hairs I found in my hands. I also used to move my hands through my hair in order to see whether there were some falling out, but managed to stop this as well. The main problem for now are the hairs which are falling on my keyboard while I am sitting in front of my computer. Damn, I hate it. I can´t concentrate when I found another one of my little buddies, dead and lifeless, in front of me.
