Temples - Need Help!!

okay so i think i am about a norwood 2, pretty thick hair all around but my temples have receded wer i want to get some work done there non surgrical to fill them in a bit. whats the best thing i can do? pretty much something like tiny hair peices/systems to be put in on each side? any advice???

also iv read in a few forums wer there is stuff like this you can buy online like individual hairs and you can create the look you want and use kind of a paste method...anyone know about this?
