I don’t know if I will be able to help you; I’m very new to this website however I feel like your results are looking quite good , I see your receding line is starting to grow hair, at least from what I can see. It’s kind of hard to tell; I would suggest giving it more time it usually takes 3 months for your hair to convert to change.

That's not an aggressive regimen at all.
Dermaroll them b****s lightly and then apply minoxidil. Do this once a day or twice to increase absorption. I am literally regrowing new arches and temples regrew within 2 months.

I do it once a day. I do it lightly enough that my scalp is only red or tingly. It's done to increase absorption.
I agree. Dermarolling should help.

Then what should I add to my regime specifically for temples
I don't want to suggest anything that's actually aggressive. But since you've asked, I'd say adding a stronger anti-androgen like RU58841 or topical enzalutamide or oral bicalutamide would definitely make a difference, and if it doesn't you might need to add topical and oral estradiol or oral minoxidil, or even something like setipiprant, fevipiprant, ricinoleic acid, stemoxydine, aminexil, etc.
If you really want to add something, try adding stuff in the following order, giving each at least a period of six months before judging its efficacy:
1. RU58841
2. Topical Enzalutamide
3. Oral Spironolactone
4. Oral Bicalutamide
5. Topical Estradiol (don't use without anti-androgens)
6. Oral Minoxidil (don't use with topical minoxidil)
7. Oral Estradiol (don't use without anti-androgens)
This would be considered as a fairly aggressive regime. And I won't suggest it to anyone, ANYONE.
