Hey guys, my temples have been bothering me for almost 2 years now.
I'm 35 -
Finastride once a day for 1 year and 3 months approx.
Minoxidil for 2-3 years (Twice a day / Sometimes foam, sometimes solution)
-
I've visited a few hair specialists in the last 3 months. I get told that transplant is not for me as I still have a full head of hair so it doesn't make sense.
There is one clinic in London that offers Dermaroller + Laser Light + Scalp massage and they say that, that combination will regrow my hair
The same Dr who prescribed my Finastride a year ago, he is the only that says he himself can do a hair transplant on me just to fill in these temple areas
Now I'm at a point where it clearly looks like Minoxidil and Finastride have done what they can and my temples are not responding. I have attached some pictures.
4 pictures are taken today
2 pictures from from 4 months ago (The one where my hand is pulling it back and another one in the similar light)
Personally, I feel like that in the first time after a long time it's gone worse my temples. Wheras I feel in the last say 6-7 months it has stablized to a point where nothing was going but nothing was growing either.
I usually wear my hair down and to a side. Most of the times it was fine but in the last 2 weeks even when I do that, I can see my temple exposed so I know I'm using more hair thickener powder then usual and also hair fibres which, either of them I don't like to use but I'm doing it otherwise I would feel very conscious going out where people can see clearly my temple is showing.

Has anyone been in a situation like this? What do you recommend? Is there any way to get the temples back without a surgery?
