All the hairs I have been losing have small white bulb at the end of the hair. Does that mean I am experiencing telogen effluvium?
How bad Telogen Effluvium is with male pattern baldness? Now that I remember I have always been losing hairs with the bulb at the end but I don't think it could ve been Telogen Effluvium from the starting since I am not regrowing any thing at all. I have an appointment with my derm on 16th aug.
However I wasn't losing this much hairs before I was using finasteride/dutasteride... After 4 months of using finasteride I started seeing massive shedding then I switched to dutasteride and shedding got worse but hairs always having white bulb on the corner....
Could that mean finasteride/dutasteride have worsen the Telogen Effluvium?
