Telogen effluvium sufferers

Was wondering if anyone with Telogen Effluvium or CTE has experienced regrowth. I have chronic Telogen Effluvium and just started minoxidil.

Since the telogen phase lasts 3 months, if I eliminate the trigger, I should see growth about 3 months after the elimination. Do you think that makes sense? I eliminated the trigger(medication) in late June. So far it's been about 2 months.

If you look online, it seems like most Telogen Effluvium (as long as its not male pattern baldness) seems to just revert back to normal if you give it time, sometimes 6-9 months...
