Tell me your regimen to at least maintain hair indefinitely

This may be overkill, for a proposed regimen to keep hair indefinitely, but let me know what you guys think. Let me know if there's any conflicts or anything like that:

Dutasteride - 0.5 mg every day

RU- Twice per day
minoxidil with green tea extract, grapeseed extract, phenytoin and apple seed extracts, as well as ground up dutasteride capsules: Twice per day
Tricomin- twice per day, every other day
Folligen- once a day, every other day
So you are alternating Tricomin and Folligen in case one is better than the other

Nano shampoo - 5 days a week
Nizoral shampoo - 2 days a week

MSM- 1500 mg twice per day

What do you guys think of this and what would you add or subtract to it? It is a lot of stuff but I think I covered a lot of the angles: growth stimulants, internal dht inhibitors, anti androgens, shampoos, etc.

How long do you guys think the average balding dude could keep his hair on this regimen?

I think 10 years is a little pessimistic. And just to clarify, this is not my proposed regimen. I just want to see what people think is the ultra strongest regimen.

I personally think that the average balding guy could keep what they have for 10 years with dutasteride alone, and then slowly thin afterward, at a fraction of the rate they would without it.

So since the average propecia person after starting to thin thinned at only 20% the rate of the average placebo person, i think we could say dutasteride people will thin at only half the rate that the propecia person will. So if it took a placebo person 5 years to worsen one grade on the Norwood scale, it could take a dutasteride person 25+ years.

Adding in the super strong RU and other stuff to it in the minoxidil, etc makes me think someone on this regimen could keep a very steady hair count for decade after decade, but maybe I'm wrong.

Thats an insane regimen. I think if i did that i woud probably attain a protruding hairline :)

Thats basically like the great 5 you have spoken of before but even more potent.

yeah the RU and the Nano make it much more potent in my opinion.

Who has the time for all that crap. Are people on this forum really using RU? Seems like a f*ckin chore to buy that crap from overseas, mix it and keep it cold/dark all the time.

Jayman if you had to choose between apple polly spray and tablets which showed very good results in studies or proxipen-n, which one would you choose. They are both quite expensive so I want to choose one?
Also I would have to use folligen anymore because proxipen-n has copper peptides in it right?

Wow I think if you didn't do that all at once it would be better. As for me I am currently on Finasteride only for the top of my head. Its been working and holding strong for almost 3 years now. minoxidil on my temples only thus far. Seems like the Fina should hold the top of my head above baseline for around 6+ years if you go by those propecia graphs and guys that have been on it for 6 years +. Then if it starts crapping out a bit I could start doing the minoxidil up top. I think I should be able to stay above baseline for 10 years with just those two. And of course some nice T-gel and Nizoral on the side.

I'm already doing most of it. It is not a chore. I don't think RU needs to be applied twice a day, but I forget what the reasons are.

And you don't grind up dutasteride capsules. They are a liquid, so you just snip them open. I'm not sure if would be better to apply them topically or just swallow them.

I doubt the MSM will do much, at least not for stopping male pattern baldness.

The phenytoin would be a chore, if you get it in a tablet and have to grind it up.

I'm adding borage fatty acids to my minoxidil.

When I finish my folligen and ac spray, I'll stop buying them and just use my own topical.

The shampoo's don't even count as work, and are very cheap if you do a baby shampoo prewash followed by 1mL of the good shampoo.

I suspect dutasteride can be very powerful, which is why i eat grapefruit.

I had been successful for 9 years on finasteride as you know. So there is definately hope. If you can last on this for that long, hopefully by then, the miracle hairloss treatment will be on the market and we could take advantage of that. Until then, lets wait patiently.

The tan color pill propecia. Yeah. It worked great. Is proscar or any generic blue?
