Tear in crown area UTS 0.08, How to fix?

Hi All,

How to fix a tear on UTS system? on the crown area size of a dime

Please suggest any tips to fix it ?

Hairpiece tape over the tear.
A few thin coats of clear nail polish or liquid polyurethane over the tape.

Reg Hairpiece Tape is it regular tape that we use like walker tapes? or is there a diff tape to be used for tear?

The chemicals in nail Polish, make scalp protector look mild.....
And we're already using it on our scalp
