Tarrif code and description to send system to China?

Hi, I’m trying to send an old system to China so they can replicate. I know I need to put it down as a synthetic hair sample with a value of USD 20 or lower. However DHL also asks for a Tarrif code. Anyone able to help me with this please? I’m not sure which category is correct.

Thanks!! I looked this up and references human hair. Supplier stressed I should say it’s synthetic hair sample. So that would be 6704.11 or 19.00.00

I might be over complicating this but just want to get it right!

We have never had a problem since it's also wigs and false hair. But the 6704.11.00.00 sounds like a safer choice.
