Tapering hairs??

Well, it seems that i find a few hairs coming off which seems to taper at the ends and not at the root. The part from the root is extremely thick.And by extremely, i really mean it. There are new hairs coming up all over my temles and my hairline, but I seem to lose hair only from a certain part of my scalp which is at the vertex. My temples and hairline are pretty strong and i consider myself a norwood 0 as of now. But the hair loss is really bothering me...

Is the tapering thing to be scared of??Is it a good thing or a bad thing.The Part near the root is really very thick but the end seems to taper a bit. Its a one off case and most of the hairs I face are pretty much blunt at the end. Shall I regrow these hairs or are they just intermediate hairs?? Please explain.

if the shed hair has a tapered end
it means that the hair was never cut

if you do see a blunt end it means the hair was cut previously

what does this mean?

well it means that the hair growing cycle is shrinking
usually the very first stages of miniaturization and eventually male pattern baldness

now you mention that you are an nw0
that doesn't exist but it sounds like you still have your juvenile hairline

The problem is, i get these kinda hairs from the vertex and not from anywhere else. i seem to have a patch in my head with less hair and am pretty much filled everywhere with my crown and everything. I previously had a bout of Telogen Effluvium which diffused thinned my hair and I had lost my eyebrow. My temples had fallen off, but they have grown back again. Its just the vertex part that is worrying.
