Hi all,

Just received my big shipment of Fincar (Cila Brand from United Pharm) which will be replacing my Saw Palmetto daily dose. I've been using Tricomin and nizoral 3x week for the past 2 years. Actually, I used Amer Crew spray and Serum before Tricomin which I think actually worked better for me...As far as the finasteride, based on all the studies on dosage, I'm going to stick with .25mg every morning.

My temples have been receding very slowly, but they've gotten to the point where I'm going to try finasteride and see if it works for me...

I'm about a Norwood 2.5ish, below are some pics

Will update soon.

Thanks,

hey man dont be surprised to see a shed in the first 1-3 months, just stick with it. I started out at .5 for the first couple weeks and upped it to 1 mg with no problems, think about increaing the dosage if you have no sides.

0.25 is a small dose but I dont think finasteride does anything for the front. Its more for maintaining the vertex and crown area.

finasteride definitelly thickened up my frontal hair, it took a yr or so to actually show the difference though. I was on finasteride and nizoral only for the longest time.
