Taking RU58841 and Finasteride at the same time?

Is this overkill? I currently have no sides from finasteride (other than slightly watery semen + increased libido), but would adding RU increase my risk for side effects + possible liver/kidney damage?

For most people finasteride will be enough to maintain but RU in combo with a serum DHT inhibitor means all scalp androgens will be extremely extremely low. I am not sure to what extent RU inhibits scalp DHT. RU would increase sides but not by much. RU can have sides relating to the heart which are rare but can be serious obviously. RU is not processed in the liver like finasteride or dutasteride, I have ever heard anyone say it can cause liver or kidney damage

ZZZZZ, I heard that RU could cause heart problems/failure as well since it can go systemic (and stay in the blood for 1-2 hrs) and potentially bind to androgen receptors in the heart. What's your take on this?

I have heard it is similar to other drugs which have rare heart related side effects. I am not sure how it does this, it may or may not be by binding to the androgen receptors, information on RU in general is very scarce.
