taking proscar with other meds

Hello

I was wondering if its ok to take proscar at the same time you take your other meds? i am curently on a SSRI anti depressant called paxil. I KNOW it is safe to take them together but i dont know if one drug could alter the effect of the other? any advice? thanks.

what exactly did you do?

and got this:

hey well it doesnt say anything about proscar i KNOW that proscar and paxil are totally safe to take together thats what my doctor and shrink said but what i was kinda concerned about was maybe one drug MIGHT lessen the effect of the other one IF THEY are taken at the EXACT same time. BUt nothing on the sites i got say anything about that.

If your Doctor says it's ok and you shrink thinks it's cool and there are no know contraindications that pop up in google I would think you are absolutely fine.
