I´ve heard AM (if that is morning - get it mixed up sometimes) from a lot of sources.
They´ve said DHT-levels are particulairly high in the morning.

doesn't matter when- just try to be consistent. i chose 12 noon for my daily dosage cause that's when i usually wake up after a hard night of drinking!
