so i had my surgery about 8 weeks ago, i went back onto propecia 5 days ago, my nipples felt quite sore but this may have been from the surgery still, would side effects of propecia kick in already???? if not then i know i can monitor it closely from now on, or shud i steer well clear (i was on propecia 2 months prior to surgey and had no change to my gyno) ive cut down to .5mg now
any help will be much appreciated

you wouldn't get gynecomastia after just 5 days...

i think its a good idea to cut it down to .5 mg though, since you're already prone to get gynecomastia...

thanks for the responce, at least i know its just the healing process that im feeling at the moment and i can take pics and monitor if .5mg has any effect and stop accordingly....my gyno has been stable for a number of years and propecia had no effect on it prior to surgery so im hopeful it wont cause a re occurance
