- I didn't think you have to take 2 tablets a day, thought it was just one? is there a good time to take it, morning or evening? I'm currently taking a multivitamin and cod liver oil each day before bed, no that's nice comments.
Anyway if you could clear up the above it'd be great. I'm sure they're wrong about no sexual side effects though in all cases. Thanks.
