I hear that one of the biggest issues with dutasteride is that it raises estrogen levels (extra testosterone not getting converted to DHT converted to estrogen), and therefore increases your risks of side effects such as gyno and libido issues. Couldn't you take anti-estrogen pills to prevent this from happening? And then your testosterone would be extra high as well?

Yeah my one concern is lowering the estrogen would cause further hair loss. Don't have enough knowledge on hormones to truly understand how it works though.

I just think it's not doable because ai's and SERMs aren't long term solution and carry their own risks. Plus estrogen rebound is very real and if that happens while blocking DHT, you're def in for a shitstorm

Actually it's recommended to take an AI with it enough to counter the increase estrogen ratio from Dutasteride, just don't crash your estrogen levels with high dose
