T/Gel or T/SAL?

Hello!

I'm currently using Nizoral twice a week. I have some itching and want to add another shampoo to my regimen! Unfortunately I can't figure out the differens between T/Gel and T/SAL. Can someone explaine the difference between these shampoos?

T-sal breaks up large flakes and t-gel removes them. You can get a version that has both mixed together but i haven't seen it in stores.
