Swollen lymph nodes from minoxidil

I tried some Kirlkand Minoxidil 5%, twice a day but found I got some lumps at the back of my head on the right side where the neck connects. I guess these are lymph nodes. Does this mean I can't use and kind of minoxidil or is there a solution to stop the lymph nodes reacting?

i had the same side effect
that is the Parotid gland (swollen)

i have become than Tinnitus
