Switching to Extra Strength Rogaine

I have been using 5% Rogaine for the last year or so. Although my hair have improved, I am not sure whether it is as a result of this, or propecia, or nizoral.

I was wondering if it would be okay for me to switch to extra strength.

What's the difference between the two? Is extra strength really better than normal one?

Are there addition side effects or shedding or what not?

Just wondering what I should watch out for, and if it's a good idea for me to make the switch.

Thanks

5% Rogaine IS extra strength. 2% is the normal version.

The one you use is extra strength. I clearly said it is 5% and that it is extra strength.

see? extra strength. It is the 5% version. It does not say so on the pack.

You ARE using extra strength. If you want even more minoxidil you can try some of the products from minoxidil.com or so.

Yeah, except the liquid has been shown to be more effective than the foam.

That is an interesting applicator on that picutre :S what is it?

That is the same thing, yes. 5% = 5% = Extra Strength.

Well, I guess it hasn't been "proven" but some people believe the propylene glycol in it helps with growth somewhat. Also, the foam regrew less hair than the liquid in the studies. But I guess you can't compare them. I am not sure.
