Hello, I'm 25 years old. I have a head full of hair, no reciding hairline but my hair is thin and I don't have much density. I started with minoxidil 5% + Finasteride 1mg/day when I was 18. I did a 1 year rest for the treatment when I was 21. Then I came back to the treatment when I was 22 and I've been taking it since then (this treatment gave me some nice hair regrowth). Last months I noticed my hair loss got worse speaking in terms of density and I decided to switch to Avodart 0.5 mg/day. It's been a week already since I stoped taking Finasteride 1mg/day and started with Dutasteride 0.5mg/day. Is it ok that I stoped taking Finas completely when I started taking Dutasteride or should I still take Finasteride for a few months while taking Dutasteride?
