Switching From Finaseride To Dutasteride

Hi,
I am taking Finasteride for 6 years and my hair loss is a lot worse since last year
I've read that Dutasteride drug is approved for hair loss treatment in Japan.
I am considering to start using it instaed of Finasteride, however I can't get a prescription for it.
Can you recommend a reputable source to buy Dutasteride from ?

so for 20 years you maintained on propecia ? no sides such as gyno?

I didn't maintain, but I slowed the loss; I would say I went from a Norwood 1 to a Norwood 2.5, though it's hard to classify my hairloss as it's diffuse. As I started losing at 18, I'd imagine I'd be a NW6 by now; I kept most of my hair through my 20's, which are the years that matter most.

I have had zero side effects; the risk of sides on finasteride is absurdly overblown on the forums. I bet the baseless fear in sides has caused a lot of people to go bald who could have otherwise saved their hair.

Would you say that your hair "maintain" at all for a certain number of years? Or was it just a slow decline throughout?

Damn wait, so you do have a bald spot? I thought Norwood 2-3 didn't have any loss in the crown area. Are you sure it isn't a cowlick? Also, how much would you say you receded since you started treatments 20 years ago? If I ever get a bald spot while on finasteride I will be pissed since I started without any crown loss and I still have thick hair. Hopefully there will be something better out by the time/ if that happens.

@occulus i just reread my last post and I apologize because I kind of sounded like an a**h**. This hair loss forum gives me straight anxiety lol. Do you mind answering my questions in the previous post though? I just want some piece of mind about long term use of this drug.

i am 18 right now and am noticing my hair thinning rapidly and just started using finasteride and minoxidil, how long until you noticed results?

so you still have a perfect hairline but more diffuse thinning ? you used minoxidil liquid ? you apply the minoxidil to your whole head ? or just crown? great sucess for 20 years ! congrats .

i got gyno on propecia after upping my dosage to 5 mg . I did this because 1 mg didnt work .
that means i am fucked because i can't use duta
