So I started noticed my hair thinning at 19, a few months after a major surgery. At first i thought it was Telogen Effluvium. But then my hairline started to recede. I have almost No hairloss in my family genetics, considering both sides. Dad is insanely thick Norwood 2 at age 55. When I started losing hair i went on finateride right away. Then I bought dutasteride from india, but when i immediatly switched off finasteride to dutasteride. My hair started to get insanely thin. Then i got scared and did m-f finasteride. Weekend dutasteride, unfortunatly no matter what my hairline kept receding. Finally it has stabalized though, althought i have a feeling mother nature stopped it and not the drugs. But my body is now used to dutasteride(no more reduced semen count) and im on avodart 3x weekly now. I got so frustrated that i cut off the minaturizing hairs. Thinking that there not gonna grow anyway, mise well cut em off. But then they started growing, and there about 2.5 inches long and still sort of thick(the pictures dont do justice for those hairs because they curl and look short).

Anyway, what norwood am i, and is there any tests i can do to further predict my hairloss. I am getting a minor hair transplant in mexico to fill in some of the temples.(not a straight hairline but more filled in). I figure that if i can last 10 years, by then either stem cell, hair cloning or some new drug will come out by then. If worse comes to worse and im 28 and used up all my donor hair and body hair. Then ill get on andocur for a few years and keep waiting it out.(i understand all the severe sides and come to accept them)

If you have hairloss its very slight, and dayum you are planning on going buckwild with treatments. Id say the dutasteride/finasteride will keep you good forever if you stay on, but you could throw in some keto for good measure. Id not go with minoxidil just yet as you are currently looking great, and it will grease up your hair. To much work for little gain in your case imo.

I also do not see much if any hair loss at all. Its nice you have a healthy concern and have found treatments and solutions to hair loss at such a young age and you still have a chance to rescue your hairs IF you were loosing them.

I say perhaps very small doses of dutasteride/finasteride every now and then.... and stay clear of any hair damaging products like hair gels/moose's or hair sprays and try baby shampoo since its easier on the hair. If you keep your hair even shorter even easier to manage and maintain also.

For now use your hair and youth to find as many girlfriends and wives as possible monday thru Sunday preferred just remember to use socks.

I cant see much hairloss and with the amount of hair you have, I wouldnt even consider taking dutasteride until I had at least given finasteride a full year on its own.
