Switched from oral finasteride 1.25 to topical finansteride essengen f losing hair/shedding

Hi.

I have Switched from oral finasteride 1.25 to topical finansteride essengen f, for 3 months ago. I am losing lot of hair and hairline is receding, hair is thinner and not so healthy further. I apply up to 0.5 mL Essengen-F directly on the scalp in the hair loss area, once daily.

Any advice?

Topical blocks more scalp dht than oral. Im using topical x3 weekly and oral same day as topical.

Yes. So what? I was on oral minoxidill for 5 months lost ground. And oral dutasteride for 1.5 years straight and it did nothing. Also need to reduce my finasteride dosages because of ejaculation issues.

Well, in general I would stick to one thing for minimum 1 year. Any kind of troubleshooting should be done with one variable at a time or you have no idea what fixed your issue.
