Switch from Propica to Xandrox

What is a good way to decide when Propica is not working and to switch to Xandrox?
I am starting to doubt if Propica is working for me. The thinning has gotten bad in the last year.
It is so hard to decided what to do and what to use.

To monix or not to minoxidil that is one of the questions?

yea thats what im wondering too ... i've been on Propecia for 6 months and seems to not help .. but still too early for me to tell i guess ... but by the end of the year if it hasnt worked , i will be starting dutasteride.
