Swapping finasteride with dutasteride?

after been on finasteride for over a year now i am still getting minature hairs and seem to be loosing ground.

do you think dutasteride would make any difference and if so where could i get it in the UK ?

You wont get it "from" the UK as in prescribed... No GP will prescribe Dutasteride for use in treating Androgenetic Alopecia. If you do not suffer any side effects from Finasteride then Dutasteride may be worth an investment as studies show it's more effective than Finasteride.

it's best to look online for reputable pharmacies that can supply it.

I've not experienced any sides yet ( touch wood ) .

Is there much of a difference in the two with way of results . I've heard you sometimes get a bad shed off dutasteride initially
