Supplimenting Bicardi 151 with 95% isopropyl alcohol (RU58841)

So short story, everclear is illegal for sale in my part of the country and I am thinking my only solution (pun?) is to suppliment Bicardi 151 with 95% isopropyl alcohol to make 190 proof. I'm wondering if someone could help me with a formula (I'm an English major) to make the proper proportion. How much 95% isopropyl alcohol will be needed to be added to the 151 to make 190 proof?
