Besides diet and exercise, is there a third alternative (supplements) to reduce body fat?

Has anyone tried Tonalin? Any other supplements to reduce BF?

Maybe this should go in the health and fitness section.

Make sure you drink enough water and sleep enough. And don't drink alcohol before sleep, or it messes up growth hormone production. Take Vitamin K. It protects your pituitary gland, and other soft tissue, from calcification. Calcification of this gland damages growth hormone and melatonin production.

I got a question for the calorie counters here:

If you eat 100 calories per day more than you burn, what do you think determines how much of this goes towards making fat, and how much goes towards making muscle?

If you eat 100 calories per day less than what you burn, what do you think determines how much of the 100 calories comes from fat, and how much comes from burning off muscle?

Answer: it is in your hormones, and your hormone receptors. If you exercise the right amount, you make the right hormones, and activate the right receptors. If you take roids and don't exercise the right amount, you get some of the right hormones, but maybe not the right receptors activated in the right proportions, so you get side effects. Too much exercise sets off cortisol, and not enough fails to make growth hormone.

Obviously no normal amount of hormones will allow you to pack on 1000 calories per day straight to muscle, unless you are a genetically modified mouse, which they have done. So try to keep your calorie differences relatively small, especially when you are going up.
