Supplements for allergies ?

Hello , I know there are knowledgeable people here about supplements and such ...

Are there are any that are known to be usefull against allergies ?
( compounds backed by scientific research are preferable of course ...)
I'd like to try and use some with my antihistamines that I don't find very effective ...

I can't think whether or not I have encountered such but I assure you that if you just take some time to have an appointment with your doctor, you'll reap better results.

Hey, i don't think so that any kind of supplements are good for health as their positive aspects are very less in compare to their side-effects.
