Super Topical, is it possible to make

All side effects aside, could a super topical that helped growth and blocked DHT be made and be stable and effective.

For example:

15% minoxidil
5% azelic acid
.025 retinol
0.001% caffeine
5% spironolactone
1% Finasteride
5% flutamide
3% RU58841
Copper peptides

I know spironolactone and minoxidil don't play nice when mixed together and cancel each other out. But it would be nice to get the best of the best hair loss / growth in a topical solution.

Secondly, I donno man, but TBH if you're going for topicals because you want to avoid side effects, then i'm sorry but the finasteride will systematically absorb. I took topical finasteride in the past and i got ball ache and ED, no joke. Ofcourse if you're not bothered by any sides then maybe that would be a good topical!
