Summertime regimens

Hey all,

Just wondering since we're getting into summer if theres anything special I should do with my regimen?

Its mainly concerning topicals, I work in landscaping and am outside all day, i started my regimen in the fall so i never had to worry about intense heat or sweating, but now that its summer, are there any special tips/steps you guys have?

I guess im just worried that im sweating out whatever im putting on my scalp :dunno:

maybe im too paranoid?

If you're putting minoxidil on in the morning, it's probably completely absorbed within an hour or so.

What time do you wake up? How early do you put it on? How much time elapses between the time you put it on and the time you get outside and start sweating?

I think you will be fine even if you're sweating within 30 minutes to an hour of putting it on. I know it isn't dried all the way, but the stuff starts to get into your skin and bloodstream. Sweat isn't including the minoxidil, though it might make some of the stuff still on your scalp come off because it hasn't dried yet.
